My style is creative, artistic, fashion forward, modern, photojournalistic and timeless. Each session is completely different and since your session revolves around your own style, personality and interests, no two sessions are alike. Prior to your photo shoot, I send you a fun little questionnaire so I can get to know you better and allow us to design your session, completely custom to fit you! You won’t see the same poses your friends had and you won’t find any cheesy backdrops or giant plastic numbers here. We love shooting on location (our two favorite spots are downtown historic Fredericksburg and our best kept secret, is a perfect beach setting on the Potomac River in Stafford) where you are able to run, jump, laugh, splash, relax, be goofy, be playful, be YOU. We send you a detailed list of clothing suggestions, hair and make up tips, and ideas of accessories and props to include, so you will be completely prepared for your big day!
In order to maintain the high level of quality in our work, we only accept 60 Senior Clients per year,
and sessions fill up fast, so be sure to contact us soon before all spaces are full for your class!

When should I have my senior portraits taken?
Senior portrait season begins in the spring of your Junior year, through spring of your Senior year. We shoot seniors every month of the year (except for December when our studio is closed).
When can we book with you?
We accept three weekday sessions Monday-Friday. Most outdoor shoots are in the late afternoon/early evening for ideal light. Occasional weekend appointments are reserved for students traveling in from out of state.
How long does the session last?
One and a half to Two Hours
How much is it going to cost?
Like anything valuable, this is an investment... but you will find that we are one of the most reasonable high end artists in the area that offer a true boutique experience where the session is completely custom designed around YOU. Most sessions are $175-$250, based on location (you can also save $50 off that by booking a Dual Session with a friend) and we have a $600+ print order minimum per senior session, or you can choose one of our popular Collections. Some families spend around $600 total, others spend thousands, depending on your budget and desires. Most families invest between $1000 to $2400 on their child's Senior Portraits with Collections that typically include Gallery Ready To Hang Art for their home, albums, storyboards, gift prints and all of their fully edited digital files.
What should I wear and bring to my session?
Prior to your session we will send you a detailed list of clothing, styling and prop tips and suggestions. We recommend you bring 6-8 different outfits and we will help you select the 5-6 that will photograph best.
How many edited images will we have in our gallery?
25 to 35+ And usually more than that!
Can you take my Formal Yearbook Portrait?
YES! We are happy to offer this option to the ladies with our black velvet drape, blue/gray background, and wonderful studio lights at our Stafford studio. We fully edit each image, you select your favorite, and we submit it to your yearbook staff for a small additional fee.
Where should I schedule my shoot?
The world is your playground! Our two most popular destinations are downtown historic Fredericksburg (architecture, brick walls, bright colored doors, cobblestone walkways- more urban, edgy, colorful) or a perfect beach setting on the Potomac River in Stafford (white sandy beaches, blue water, large rocks, grassy field, big trees, rustic fences- more rural, think Anthropology, nature-inspired). We are also open for other local suggestions, such as gardens in the spring, horse farm, sports field, even your own backyard. Rainy day, no worries? We can also shoot at our Stafford studio with an assortment of backdrops, settings, and professional studio lights.
Do you travel?
We accept appointments annually in Atlanta and NYC and are available for travel both domenstic and international
